I worked with Carlos and Ian to purchase a Tudor BlackBay watch for myself. An excellent experience all the way around. They took the time to show me multiple watches from different brands until we found the one I really wanted. They were both very knowledgeable on the watches. There was no pressure to buy and I even received a hand written letter thanking me for stopping in to the store. When it came time to order the watch I was given timely updates on when it would arrive. Upon pickup Ian took the time to ensure the watch h was set correctly, sized perfectly, and walk me through basic care instructions. I highly recommend working with Carlos and Ian for your next purchase.

Another amazing Christmas (and birthday) thanks to Sissy’s Log Cabin! Every year, we purchase a few pieces of jewelry from them. We keep returning because they have such wonderful customer service. That’s one of the most important qualities that my husband and I look for while shopping and it’s what keeps us loyal. Every one there has always been so friendly and helpful but a huge shoutout to Dave Elliott for being the perfect salesman to us! We highly recommend Sissy’s Log Cabin for all of your jewelry needs.

My experience with Sissy’s Log Cabin cabin with Mr. Elliot has been superb. We’ve been doing business business with them for a number of years. They’re very considerate and understand our wants and needs. There are no high pressure sales. They take plenty of time with us and show us everything that we might want to consider . In my opinion, this is the only jewelry store we would do business with because we have trust in them and Mr. Elliot. They give great service and their places is always immaculate. Mr. Elliott is probably the best person to deal with. His knowledge is unbelievable. And he never high pressured me.DrDon Callan

Sissy’s Log Cabin is amazing! As soon as I opened the door to enter, I was met with a chorus of hellos, offers for water and handshakes. Dave was absolutely great to work with and helped me, along with a number of other folks, pick out some beautiful items. My wife loves what I bought her. This is a jewelry store with old fashioned customer service and is my jewelry store from now on!
